Things we like:

Infill.

Green titles (one property, one title).

As many bathrooms as bedrooms.

Plenty of storage space.

Great landscaping.

Things we don't like:

Apartments.

Strata titles.

Boring design.

We think good design means liveability.

Liveability means saleability.

Saleability leads to a successful development.
